We are bombarded with information all day every day. It is estimated that input to the human brain has increased over 1,000 times in the last 50 years. As a result we experience substantial stress in the course of everyday living.
The brain controls it all, our bodies, our emotions, and our perceived reality, therefore, it controls our entire life experience. If the brain is always in continual high stress mode, the pressure eventually takes its toll in the form of sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, poor health, addictions and to a lesser degree but equally frustrating, a reduction in productivity, efficiency and/or performance, motivation, and even a lack of joy in life.
There are ways to combat this stress. One great way is daily deep meditation. We all know that. So why do so few of us do it? See above. Most people can't sit still for long without getting totally swept up in thoughts.
Here is where we can help. Brainwave optimization encourages the brain to create new neuro pathways that enable it to function in a balanced and harmonious way. When these new neuro pathways become primary, the old unbalanced ways begin to lose their charge. This translates to a much improved life experience for you and introduces you to some of the results enjoyed by long term meditators.
Benefits may be noticed in the first 4-6 sessions but are most commonly reported 2-3 weeks after the intensive has concluded.
